The Gingerbread House of Miniatures and Trains has a full service shop for the complete renovation of heirloom dollhouses! We have given new life to many beloved dollhouses, and prepared them for their new owners! So, if you have a half forgotten treasure in your attic, we can fix it like new for your child or grandchild.

Custom Dollhouses
We specialize in constructing custom dollhouses, either from kits or from your specifications. We can complete a dollhouse to any stage of completion you might want- from a basic shell, to a completely wired, painted and carpeted mansion.

We also do room boxes to custom specifications, as well as lamps, birdhouses and other miniature structures.

Current Projects
Our current new project is the introduction of a line of ¼” scale furniture kits. These kits are made exclusively for Caitlin’s Creations, which we are proud to distribute. Please call or email for an illustrated catalog.
